Recently, Nathan Stout, realtor at Ruhl & Ruhl Moline contacted us to offer that he wanted to sponsor artsBASICS in a dance competition for non-profits. We were, of course, thrilled that he had chosen us and eager to support his efforts. The event was amazing. Each realtor created a routine with a partnering professional dancer. Nathan’s dance partner was Angelica Vretis. It was unbelievable how professional the results were and they came in third in the competition, at the end of the evening! We were invited to sit with Nathan’s cheering family and friends to watch the entire event. It was so much fun!
Later, Nathan and the event coordinator, Nick Malusky, a professional dancer, himself, visited our flagship school, the Creative Arts Academy of the Quad Cities, watched some student dancers, and presented artsBASICS with a check from the proceeds of the event and Nathan’s strong efforts on the dance floor. Thanks so much to Nathan and Ruhl & Ruhl.
